• Manage and maintain the Firm's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and Internet services
• Provide first-line technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, user accounts, and access permissions
• Manage LAN/WAN, wireless networks, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT assets
• Liaise with external IT vendors and consultants to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintain the Firm's website and other technology platforms
• Prepare periodic IT reports and recommend technology improvements
• Ensure compliance with the Firm's IT policies and industry best practices

• HND/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years relevant IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
• Experience with networking, hardware repair, CCTV systems, and basic administration
• Sound understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk management
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
