Job Description

A highly driven and ambitious IT Sales Intern or Graduate Trainee is needed to join the growing team in Lagos. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and business development within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation and prospecting across target industries
  • Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Engage prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline activities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Support client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and activities

Required Skills

  • Must have completed NYSC (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
  • Strong interest in enterprise technology, consulting, and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Prior exposure to sales, CRM tools, or LinkedIn outreach is an added advantage
