We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Support/ Data Analyst professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to support business decisions while also providing technical support to ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and IT troubleshooting expertise.

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the LAN/WAN network, internet connectivity, and related hardware.
• Maintain and configure biometric attendance systems, ensuring accurate data capture and synchronization.
• Provide technical support for desktops, printers, routers, and other IT devices.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with IT policies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repair or replacement.

• HND/ http://B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, network management, or system administration.
• Strong understanding of routers, biometric, switches, IP configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
