• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure including networks and security systems.
• Support CCTV systems, access control solutions, and UPS/inverter infrastructure.
• Manage IT asset inventory and track equipment lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking connectivity issues.
• Ensure seamless operation of printers, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Deliver customer-focused technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
• Implement IT security best practices and monitor system performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' hands-on experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control solutions, UPS/inverter infrastructure, and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA are an added advantage.
