A company in Ibadan is seeking an IT Support Officer to manage IT helpdesk operations, maintain network infrastructure, and support staff on IT tools and systems.

• Manage IT helpdesk and resolve hardware, software, ERP, printer and connectivity issues.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet infrastructure and IT equipment.
• Configure computers, mobile devices, email accounts, ERP access and user permissions.
• Maintain IT asset and software licence records.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory or cloud platforms.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and external IT providers.
• Train staff on IT tools, systems and security practices.
• Support CCTV, access control and other technology-related security systems.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure systems remain secure and reliable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field, minimum Second Class Lower.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IT Support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and basic IP troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Active Directory/cloud environments.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and work effectively under pressure.
