The IT Support Officer will provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure computer systems, monitor IT infrastructure, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

• Salary: ₦240,000 Monthly Net + Pension, HMO, 13th Month, and Annual Leave

• Provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

• Only National Diploma (ND) Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline should apply.
• Preferably male. Candidate shouldn't be above 22 years of age as at date of application.
• Minimum of Credit in Mathematics and English at O'Level.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
