The IT Support Service Officer will provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintain IT systems, support restaurant and hotel automation systems (POS, kitchen displays, IPTV), and ensure system efficiency and security.

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote access, or in person.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
• Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Assist in software deployment, updates, and system maintenance across devices.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions using IT ticketing systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Assist in IT setups for meetings, video conferencing, and company events.
• Support restaurant automation systems including POS setup, server configuration, and kitchen display systems.
• Support hotel automation systems including IPTV setup, configuration, and integration.
• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure improvements and security enhancements.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Monitor support team performance and assist in delivering internal training programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and antivirus systems.
• Good understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud tools such as Azure, Google Workspace, or Slack is preferred.
• Experience in a tech startup or fast-paced IT environment is preferred.
