- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in IT support, network support, or IT specialist role.
- Strong experience in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 support experience, and Microsoft Server.
- SQL Server experience (query writing, performance tuning, troubleshooting).
- Experience working in SLA-driven or ITIL-aligned environments.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, Azure AD / Entra ID exposure, supporting large enterprises, VMware experience, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience.
