Littleant is hiring an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide technical support and manage systems, networks, hardware, and IT infrastructure.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage Windows systems, user accounts, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches
• Handle software installations, backups, endpoint security, and remote support
• Support employee onboarding and maintain IT inventory
• Recommend infrastructure improvements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Windows administration, networking, hardware repairs, OS installations, backups, cybersecurity, and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCP, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage
• Years of experience: 2+ years
