We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with prior Microfinance Bank (MFB) experience to support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist with regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and post daily financial transactions and journal entries
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and interest postings
• Ensure compliance with CBN and MFB regulatory guidelines
• Assist during audits and regulatory examinations
• Support expense tracking and budget monitoring
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years accounting experience in a Microfinance Bank (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of MFB operations and loan accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
