A detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant is needed to manage financial operations within a healthcare environment (pharmacy or hospital) in Oshodi, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting experience, preferably within a hospital or medical practice setting, and a strong understanding of healthcare financial systems and compliance requirements.

• Job Location: Oshodi, Lagos
• Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and accounts
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets
• Support financial planning and cash flow forecasting
• Track expenditure against approved budgets
• Monitor medical supplies and pharmaceutical inventory
• Reconcile inventory records with financial statements
• Implement cost control measures
• Process staff payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure statutory deductions and remittances are compliant
• Maintain payroll records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and best practices
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory review

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
