• Assist with daily sales reconciliation, cash records, and bank transactions
• Record and monitor expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
• Assist with stock records, inventory reconciliation, and verification of supporting documents
• Maintain accurate accounting records and organise invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records to the appropriate supervisor
• Support the preparation of financial reports and other accounting documentation

• OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must possess ANAN or AAT certification
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
• Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
