· Process invoices, receipts, and payments
· Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable
· Perform weekly bank reconciliations, reconcile petty cash and expenses, and multi-currency balance sheets
· Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports
· Assist in handling statutory remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, NSITF) and ensuring compliance with FIRS/LIRS
· Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
· Assist with cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting
· Maintain accurate financial records, PO/invoice registers, and support audits

· HND or B.Sc Degree
· 1–3 years experience
· Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations
· Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., Sage)
· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
· Understanding of internal controls and risk management
