Job Description

The Junior Associate Consultant will support founders and growing businesses by providing strategic, analytical, programmatic, and operational support, combining business analysis, financial modelling, research, and executive support to help startups improve performance and achieve sustainable growth.

  • Job Location: Remote/Hybrid
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic, operational, and analytical priorities across the business.
  • Lead client advisory engagements from planning through successful delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and business cases.
  • Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for executive decision-making.
  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and regulatory research.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend practical improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to product development, methodologies, and service offerings.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, executive support, project management, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, research, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent business writing, presentation, and documentation abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience using trackers, CRMs, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
