• Legal research & case summaries
• Draft & review basic contracts & pleadings
• Assist with due diligence & filings
• Support senior lawyers on matters

• LL.B & Call to Nigerian Bar
• Strong legal research & drafting skills
• Basic knowledge of Corporate, IP, Tech & Entertainment Law
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Good written & verbal communication skills
