• Design, build, and maintain robust Java-based microservices.
• Write clean, testable, high-performance code with focus on security.
• Support and maintain critical services (payments, ledgers, KYC, transaction histories).
• Monitor production systems and respond to issues quickly.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams.
• Write unit and integration tests for key features.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering standards.
• Document systems and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve engineering efficiency.

• Strong experience working with Java (Spring Boot preferred).
• Good understanding of backend architecture and API design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices, relational databases, and event-driven systems.
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of production code.
• Bachelor's degree.
