The Junior Business Intelligence & Data Automation Analyst will drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and reporting automation across EISS. The role reports to the Lead Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst and is hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

EISS is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence & Data Automation Analyst to drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and reporting automation. The role involves designing automated data workflows using Google Apps Script and Excel, performing routine data audits, and maintaining reporting dashboards covering key operational streams such as recruitment velocity, background check turnarounds, sales pipelines, and financial metrics.

• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated Excel and Google Sheets trackers to streamline workflow efficiency.
• Oversee dynamic dashboard management tracking, and calculating key operational metrics (Turnaround Times, Placement Fulfillment Ratios, Background Check completion rates).
• Generate weekly tracker utilization reports to evaluate tool adoption, accuracy, and compliance across team workflows.
• Provide product development support by analyzing user feedback and usage metrics for internal data tools and client-facing offerings.
• Enforce data strategy and governance frameworks to maintain high data integrity across ATS (Manatal), CRM systems, and operational databases.
• Support sales operations by tracking pipeline velocity, outreach conversion rates, and cross-referencing records for accurate billing and invoicing.

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or an Engineering field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical data analysis experience handling structured corporate data.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience in advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Nested IFs), Pivot Tables, Data Validation, dynamic charting, and automated workflows.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience in Google Apps Script automation; working knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or SQL is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail with the ability to catch subtle data discrepancies, misaligned totals, or formatting errors instantly.
• Proven ability to structure complex, unstructured operational information into clean, logical data frameworks and actionable reporting.
