Strivo Labs is looking for a highly driven Junior Consultant with strong technical capability and a passion for change management, leadership development, and organisational transformation. You will support strategy execution, deliver transformation projects, and provide analytical insights that drive meaningful business change across industries.

1. Organisational transformation & change management
2. Leadership development frameworks & capability-building
3. Stakeholder engagement, communications & training rollout
4. Data-driven insights, dashboards, trackers & performance reporting
5. Project management, proposals, documentation & delivery support

1. Strong analytical & technical skills (Excel, Power BI, Airtable, Miro, etc.)
2. Excellent communication & stakeholder management
3. High adaptability, ownership & entrepreneurial mindset
4. Experience in transformation or leadership development (plus)
5. Bilingual (English/French) is a big advantage
