Our Orange Hustle is a lifestyle documentary podcast that finds wisdom in real life—startup journeys, market women, keke drivers, love, ambition, and the lessons nobody puts in a textbook. The team is building a production crew for the podcast and values people who bring creativity and magic to their work.

• Be on set for every recording—helping with cameras and lighting.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments during recording sessions.
• Turn full episodes into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks—captioned, resized, and ready to post.
• Live on TikTok and Reels, with a sharp sense of what works on short-form video platforms.

• Creative mindset, willing to learn fast.
• Sharp sense of what works on TikTok/Reels/Shorts.
• Students and recent graduates are welcome.
• Uyo-based preferred—this role requires on-set presence.
• Tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (basic level is fine).
