The Junior Corporate Lawyer will provide legal support in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and general business law.

A company in Lagos is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its team in a dynamic professional environment.

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, statutory filings, and corporate documentation.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, notices, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders when required.
• Provide legal support to management and various business units.

• LL.B from a recognized university.
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• 0–3 years post-call experience, preferably in corporate/commercial law.
• Good understanding of Nigerian corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant legal/business tools.
