A Junior Data Analyst is needed to support data-driven decision-making within the Digital Personal Loans team, helping to translate raw data into actionable insights. You will track key performance metrics, build dashboards, and support smarter, faster decisions. This role serves as a critical link between business operations and the organization's business intelligence infrastructure.

Credit Direct is the Fintech arm of the FCMB Group, operating in the digital personal loans space. The company focuses on data-driven decision-making to optimize loan performance and drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking daily run rate, rejection rates, approval TAT, NPL trends, and disbursement performance
• Track and analyze end-to-end customer journey metrics from lead entry to disbursement
• Identify drop-off points and surface data-backed recommendations to reduce drop-off
• Monitor qualified lead volumes, top-up loan conversions, and settlement loan conversion rates
• Produce weekly cohort reports and identify high-conversion segments
• Analyze prequalification approval rates by customer segment, channel, and product type
• Partner with credit and product teams to surface patterns that improve the pre-approval model
• Produce regular competitor trend analyses covering rates, product structures, and digital channel performance
• Support tracking and reporting of corporate partnership pipelines
• Build dashboards monitoring loan volume contribution per partnership
• Prepare and distribute recurring analytical reports for internal stakeholders
• Translate data insights into clear narratives for non-technical decision-makers

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional certifications or master's degree is an added advantage
• 2–3 years experience in data analysis and reporting
