The Junior Designer will work on real campaigns, develop key visuals, build social design systems, and produce day-to-day design work across multiple client brands. The role is open to Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and NYSC Corps Members.

Taxly Africa is a social media agency. The company plays a significant role in deciding brand direction, designing key visuals, launch assets and pitch decks, social media designs and building templates and systems the team can work with.

• Develop key visuals from a creative route for campaigns.
• Build and maintain the brands' social design systems.
• Prepare for and attend shoots and assist with set dressing, props, food styling and framing so that the material returned matches what was approved.
• Work alongside the rest of the team brand strategist, content creator so that static and video assets read as one campaign.

• 1 to 3 years designing for brands (agency, studio, in-house, or freelance)
• A portfolio with thinking behind it
• Social-first craft - you design for feeds, stories, and vertical video
• Strong typography instincts
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (Canva a plus)
• Based in Lagos, able to work on-site
