They are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their Technology & Engineering team in a hands-on, mentored role that offers direct collaboration with senior leadership while building production infrastructure expertise within a structured hybrid environment.

• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines from code commit to production deployment.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure resources securely.
• Work with Docker and containerized environments for application delivery.
• Support monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability.
• Implement security best practices including least-privilege access, secrets management, patching, and hardening.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash and Python scripting.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and operational runbooks thoroughly.
• Assist with incident response and develop structured troubleshooting methodologies.
• Provide clear weekly updates on technical progress and skill development.
• Collaborate directly with Engineering Lead for mentorship and guidance.

• Good working knowledge of Linux, command line, networking fundamentals, and production web applications.
• Understanding of cloud computing, storage, networking, and identity concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Competence in Bash and Python scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized workflows.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and Git version control.
• Strong security awareness and commitment to safe operational practices.
