• Provide HR support and advisory services to managers and employees across the South Region.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and staff wellness initiatives.
• Support performance management and talent development processes.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct periodic branch visits and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the South Region as required.
