The Junior Internal Auditor will conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes, review accounting records, evaluate internal controls, identify risks, prepare audit reports, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor audit recommendations, perform inventory and asset audits, support external auditors, analyze financial data, and assist in developing audit plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
  • Review accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in identifying financial and operational risks within the organization.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in accounting and audit tools.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
