• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Conduct routine compliance checks across departments.
• Support internal audits and control reviews.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify control weaknesses and escalate findings to the supervisor.
• Assist in investigating discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations.
• Review transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years' experience in internal control, audit, or compliance (preferably in banking).
• Strong knowledge of auditing and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
