• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support across the company.
• Set up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Test new technology.
• Keep up to date with the latest IT and software trends.

• 1 year of basic experience.
• OND in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus.
• Logical thought process, ability to stick to strict deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with people and willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning.
