Fortis Mobile Money is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support customer onboarding and KYC verification processes while delivering timely customer support.

Location: Abuja (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (8AM–5PM)
Language Requirement: Hausa Fluency Required

Role Objective
Improve onboarding completion rates, reduce ticket backlog, and strengthen response efficiency across the customer experience team.

Other Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC checks for new sign-ups
• Contact customers with incomplete documentation
• Resolve onboarding issues before escalation
• Provide first responses within a 5-minute SLA
• Support daily backlog review sessions (4:00–5:00 PM)
• Carry out proactive customer follow-ups

• Must reside in Abuja
• Fluent in Hausa
• Currently serving (NYSC)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
