Our consulting business focused on sustainability for small companies is looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support content creation and online growth.

· Job Location: Remote (open internationally)
· Salary: €200 per month
· Employment Type: Part-time (8 hours per week)

· Content Creation (Core Task): Create 2 LinkedIn posts per week (text posts, visuals, or short videos) on topics including how small businesses can attract more clients using sustainability, simple sustainability concepts, greenwashing risks, and practical business tips
· Marketing & Growth Support: Suggest improvements for website structure and messaging, clarity of the offer, overall positioning and visibility
· YouTube Content Support: Propose video ideas (topics, hooks, formats)
· Visual Content: Create basic visuals including banners, post graphics, and reusable elements for videos (Canva is sufficient)

· Student or early-career professional in marketing, communication, or similar
· Creative and able to generate ideas independently
· Comfortable working remotely
· Fluent in English or French (required)
· Interest in sustainability is a plus, but not required
· Submissions that rely on generic or AI-generated wording will not be considered
