• Manage shoots from concept to final edit.
• Apply strong shot composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Coordinate with external talent and manage shoots independently.
• Edit video content using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Ensure high visual quality standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders.
• Problem-solve on set and in post-production.

• Experience with professional video production or photography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
• Ability to manage shoots independently or coordinate with external talent.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset (improvise solutions on set and in post-production).
• Clear communication with creative team, talent, and stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects), drone photography/videography certification, or experience shooting for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
