A company in Ogudu, Lagos, is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager (Male Only) to support project planning, coordinate teams, and ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Support the planning and execution of projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in defining project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Monitor project activities and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager and management.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions when projects fall behind schedule or requirements are not met.
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks, changes, and potential challenges.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support site supervision and ensure activities are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify areas requiring adjustments, corrections, or rework on-site and escalate them appropriately.
• Assist with assigning and coordinating tasks among project team members.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, meeting notes, and progress updates.
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

• Minimum of BSc/HND in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within the aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industry.
• Basic understanding of construction project processes and site operations.
• Ability to coordinate teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when monitoring project quality and site activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
