- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar technology
- Willingness to work on-site and in field environments
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, and battery systems (preferred)
- Basic understanding of electrical safety practices (preferred)
- Relevant technical certifications (preferred)
