• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and cooking activities.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Wash and properly store kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
• Ensure ingredients are properly labelled and stored to maintain freshness.
• Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with stock checks and report shortages or damaged items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to cleanliness.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
