Skyrock Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-driven, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of COGS, inventory control, procurement, and food safety compliance.

✔️ Overseeing daily kitchen operations
✔️ Managing COGS, inventory & stock-taking
✔️ Supervising procurement & food production output
✔️ Ensuring strict food safety & hygiene compliance
✔️ Leading, training & supervising kitchen staff
✔️ Menu planning, staff scheduling & quality control

▪️ Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
▪️ Strong knowledge of food costing & kitchen operations
▪️ Leadership and team management skills
▪️ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
▪️ Culinary certification is an added advantage
