The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is for university graduates who are curious about how organisations grow, how strategy turns into execution and how ideas create real-world impact. Successful candidates will resume Training School in September 2026, ahead of the new financial year (FY27), beginning 1 October 2026.

• Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university with a relevant discipline
• Have at least 5 O' Level credits, including English and Mathematics
• Law graduates must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in first degree and Law School
• Specific units require being a Chartered Accountant – ACA, ACCA
• Are under 28 years old at the time of application
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications
• Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
