The Graduate Trainee will rotate through audit, tax, and advisory departments while receiving supervised mentorship, developing technical competencies, and contributing to client engagements under senior staff guidance within the organisation’s Lagos office.

The organization provides comprehensive training in audit, tax, and advisory services within a supportive learning environment designed to develop future leaders in the Nigerian accounting profession.

• Assist senior staff with audit fieldwork, testing, and documentation procedures
• Support tax compliance filings and regulatory reporting for diverse clients
• Prepare working papers and financial analysis under supervision
• Participate in client meetings and engagement planning sessions
• Learn and apply professional standards including IFRS and ISA guidelines
• Conduct research on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of time spent and tasks completed per engagement
• Attend internal training sessions and pursue continuous professional development
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines during peak seasons

• Degree with minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) in Accounting or related social/management field
• Non-accounting graduates must be currently enrolled with ICAN or ACCA
• At least five O-level credits obtained in one sitting
• Must have completed NYSC or be due to complete before October 2026
• Must not be more than 28 years old as of October 2026
• Demonstrated interest in building career in tax, audit, and professional services
• Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Lagos, meet deadlines, and learn under supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
