- A law degree from a recognized institution.
- Called to the Nigerian Bar (or relevant jurisdiction).
- 2–3 years of relevant post-NYSC legal experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of corporate/commercial law and dispute resolution.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
