• Hit targets consistently, and exceed them
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Take full ownership from first contact to final payment

• 2+ years in Sales (Real Estate, Property Investment, or Financial Services preferred)
• A proven track record of closing deals
• Strong negotiation and follow-up discipline
• Independence, accountability, and execution power
