• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Master's degree/MBA from a recognized institution preferred.
• Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA or CFA or any equivalent professional qualifications is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of originating and executing high-value transactions in M&A, capital markets, and restructuring.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Strong industry knowledge across key sectors (infrastructure, energy, financial services, real estate, consumer markets, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage senior-level client relationships, and deliver high-profile transactions.
