Prazix Digital Academy is expanding and recruiting smart, ambitious, and result-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generators/IT Consultants. This role is designed for individuals who can connect with people, introduce them to opportunities in the digital and tech industry, and help them enroll in life-changing tech training programs offered by the Academy. This is a remote, performance-based position with strong earning potential.

· Location: Remote
· Expected Monthly Earnings:
 · Base earning expectation: ₦500,000 per month
 · Productivity bonus: Top consultants earn between ₦100,000 and ₦110,000 monthly on bonuses.

· Identify and connect with individuals interested in learning tech skills or transitioning into digital careers.
· Engage prospects through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, referrals, and online communities.
· Educate potential clients about Prazix Digital Academy programs and how they can benefit from them.
· Provide consultation and answer questions from prospects about the courses and opportunities.
· Guide interested prospects through the registration process and follow up until enrollment is completed.
· Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently generate new prospects.

· Active on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Confident speaking with people about opportunities.
· Highly motivated and self-driven.
· Interest in technology, digital skills, or online businesses.
· Added Advantage: Previous experience in sales, marketing, consulting, customer service, or lead generation (training and support will be provided).
