LNG Operations & Maintenance business in Nigeria

I am expanding my team for LNG Operations & Maintenance business in Nigeria and searching for a Lead – HR who will work directly with me to drive both talent strategy and HR operations having app.12 - 18 years of experience.
 

• Talent Management & Competency Development for LNG/O&G workforce
• HR Operations across project site and corporate functions
• Performance Management & Succession Planning
• Employee Relations, Welfare & Engagement
• Compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws & Local Content Requirements
 

Ideal Profile
✔ Pure Oil & Gas sector experience — preferably LNG upstream / midstream (Will not be able to consider if experience is not matching the give criteria of Sector)
✔ Strong exposure to Recruitment and O&M / Project workforce environments 
✔ Ability to interface with Operations teams and leadership stakeholders
✔ Proven execution capability in a dynamic operational setting
