Why This Job Might Be a Good Fit
This role suits someone with experience coordinating youth or student activities who wants to work in a Pan-African movement rather than a conventional training role. Because the position covers programme design, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, it builds practical programme management skills that transfer across NGOs, youth organisations, and policy-focused initiatives.
