• Coordinate training programs — scheduling, logistics, and materials.
• Maintain training records and manage LMS/training trackers.
• Track training evaluations, attendance, and compliance reporting.
• Support leadership, technical, and compliance training initiatives.
• Ensure documentation aligns with IMS and ITF requirements.

• 1–3 years' experience in L&D, HR, or Training Administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing, petrochemical, or industrial environment.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
