Pinnah Foods, the home of Ice Cream Factory (ICF) and Yin Yang Express (YYE), is building a world-class Learning & Development system to drive a highly engaged and performing team.

We are looking for a smart, structured, and analytical Learning & Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in building HR systems within a fast-growing QSR organization.

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Department: People & Culture – Learning & Development

• Support coordination of training programs (KSS, Leadership Programs, Onboarding)
• Maintain training trackers and attendance records
• Assist in compiling training reports and dashboards
• Support LMS administration and content uploads
• Format training materials, SOPs, and competency documents
• Track onboarding progress and follow up with managers
• Conduct research on L&D best practices

• Recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Education, or related field (preferably an NYSC corps member)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Good attention to detail
• Organized and structured thinker
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiar with the use of Canva or PowerPoint in designing presentations
• Interested in HR systems and performance management (not just event planning)
