Our client is looking for an experienced Learning & Performance Manager to drive training excellence, service standards, and employee performance across hotel operations.

Location: Benin City
Industry: Hospitality

-Lead training and L&D initiatives across all hotel departments
-Develop SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding programs
-Facilitate engaging in-person and digital learning sessions
-Coach managers and support performance improvement
-Build a strong learning and service culture

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years’ L&D or training experience in the hospitality/hotel industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations (FO, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience with SOP development and digital learning tools
