1. Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
2. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
3. Draft and negotiate property/real estate transactions.
4. Prepare Lease Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, Licenses and addenda to principal lease agreements, etc.
5. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before transactions are executed.
6. Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
7. Represent the company in purchase and sale of properties.
8. Defend the company in litigation.
9. Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law- LL.B (Second Class Upper Division) from a reputable University.
2. Master's Degree in Law (LL.M) will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 7 years experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
4. Good understanding of Foreclosure.
5. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
6. Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
