• Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence with precision
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and advisory opinions
• Review and analyze legal issues to provide accurate guidance to clients or internal stakeholders
• Assist in litigation support, due diligence, and regulatory compliance matters
• Maintain organized legal files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on complex transactions and disputes

• LLB and BL degrees from recognized institutions
• 1 to 3 years of post-call experience in legal practice
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail and clarity
• Excellent legal research abilities using relevant databases and resources
• Must be currently based in Lagos
• Call to the Nigerian Bar is mandatory
