1. Oversee all legal matters related to Oil & Gas and EPC projects 
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
3. Ensure compliance with local and international laws
4. Advise senior management on legal risks
5. Manage litigation and dispute resolution

1. LL.B and valid license to practice law
2. 20-25 years of legal experience (8+ in Oil & Gas/EPC
3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate law & international contracts

4. Leadership and negotiation skills
