- Must have a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B).
- Must be a serving or completed NYSC Corps Member.
- Must have completed Law school.
- Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and litigation processes.
- Ability to support legal research, drafting, and document review.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and legal documentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prepare structured reports, meeting minutes, and legal documents.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Good organizational, coordination, and tracking skills to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of 1 year.
