Why This Job Might Be a Good Fit
This role suits a recently called lawyer with 1–3 years' post-call experience who wants in-house financial services exposure rather than pure litigation practice. Because the role covers contracts, regulatory filings, and company secretarial work, it builds a broad corporate legal foundation that transfers across banking, microfinance, and regulated industries.
